This is your principal, Mr. Street. I hope everyone had an amazing fall break and a wonderful Thanksgiving spent with loved ones.
As we return to school, we’re gearing up for an exciting and productive time. This week, our 3rd through 5th graders will participate in SOL Growth Testing. Math is on Tuesday, December 3rd, and English is on Thursday, December 5th. Let’s encourage our students to give their best effort!
We’re also back in full swing with Extended Learning and the Foxy Den Attendance Academy on Monday and Tuesday for the next two weeks. We look forward to seeing our students take advantage of this extra opportunity to grow and succeed.
On Friday, December 6th, we are thrilled to celebrate some of our talented Foxes at the Louisa County Art Show from 6 to 8 p.m. Please join us in honoring their incredible creativity!
Looking ahead, The Snowball Express Holiday Shop is almost here! The PTA is excited to offer students the opportunity to shop for thoughtful gifts for their friends and family during library resource time the week of December 9th. Flyers and envelopes have already gone home to help you plan a shopping list together. If you’re interested in volunteering to make this event extra special, we’d love your support! A heartfelt thank you to everyone who donated gently used clothing for our new clothing closet and contributed to the Thanksgiving baskets. Your generosity is a testament to the compassionate and giving spirit of our community.
